Time really flies quick when you’re having fun, and we have definitely had a lot of fun with this little guy!
To celebrate Ragnar’s birthday this year, we organised another day of some of his favourites! We took a trip to Mt Danenong and enjoyed a hidden walking trail that we found. He was obviously spoiled with lots of presents (treats!), and had another birthday pupcake (in which he only ate the cream cheese frosting lol). To top it off, because his birthday fell on a Monday, he also had a great time chilling at Ash’s office.
Happy Birthday Ragnar ♥
The Dandenong Ranges is amazing – despite the frequent amount of times I’ve visited over the years, I feel like I’ve been able to discover something new each time.
In this instance, we enlisted the help of AmazingCo, who sent us on a wonderful journey through Dandenong Ranges, taking us to locations and stops that we’ve passed many times but never thought to stop at. The above photo was taken at Olinda Falls, which required a short but somewhat challenging walk to reach.
Olinda Falls is a popular destination, but not so popular that we were able to spend some moments in the above pictured spot, taking in the view and beauty of the waterfall!
We followed our journey to different pit stops, picking up delicious snacks along the way. At the end of our day, we finally settled at R.J. Hamer Arboretum (another beautiful site), where we enjoyed our food in peace whilst taking in the views of the many beautiful trees situated in the area.
Dandenong Ranges is definitely full of mysterious and beautiful locations!
Can you believe this little guy is already ONE YEARS OLD???
Adjusting to having this little guy in our lives wasn’t too hard, but definitely something new. For someone who’s never had a pet before, I really never knew how much I could love an animal until I met Ragnar. He’s brought us so much happiness over the last year, and although there’s always challenges (like how he’s the fussiest eater!!), I wouldn’t change a single thing about him!
To celebrate his birthday, I baked him a puppy-friendly pupcake filled with banana, carrots and maple syrup. He ate a bit, but to my expectation (and disappointment), he really only was interested in the cream cheese lol.
I somehow managed to get this hat on his head, and it resulted in the cutest birthday photos ever!
Apart from the pupcakes, he also got to enjoy an assortment of treats, thanks for my parents. His absolute favourite is the Venision from Wag, so that was definitely in the pile of gifts. Ash & I also took him out on a special adventure to Mathias Track in the Dandenong Mountains, which was great.
Happy Birthday little guy ♥
