Monthly Noms: May-Aug

Err ..yes, you read the title of this post correctly ahem.
I am posting August early just because I don’t think I’ll be eating anything delicious before August ends! And yeah, I’m not too sure why it took me so many months just to do a noms post …but it’s okay ..not that many ..sorta

So, let’s get this party rolling!!! As always, hover over the images to read some text !!

Woah this picture feels like such a long time ago!! Went to Ashley's favourite fish&chips place in Brighton ....and it definitely was the best fish&chips I've ever tasted. Definitely recommend it if you're ever in the area!!! (That bucket of chips in the background was not ours btw ..was accidentally given to us :P)

Saw this little ad on Scoopon (2 breakfast meals for $15 or something /I forget) ..so my brother, mum and I went one morning! And this was deliciousssss!!! Probably best I've ever tasted *__* (I started trying to make my own poached eggs after eating this hehe)

I believe one Sunday night a few friends and I decided to take an adventure to Chapel St ..for some American diner burgers!!! I actually had no idea what to expect when I ordered chilli fries btw. I thought they'd be actual chilli ..not chilli beans *~* still good though!

So I've been here twice now! First time I went with Ash and he seemed to really like it so I came here again with my bro another day. I didn't think it was thaaat amazing?? But maybe this stuff just ain't my forte!

I quite like pancake parlour despite how expensive it is ;A; All these three are actually dishes I tried for the first time despite going to Pancake Parlour since I was like 6 years old or something!!

This new restaurant opened up in Glen so my high school friends and I decided to head here for a mini reunion!! I was super excited about this place mainly because of their colourful XLB ..and was really upset that I forgot my proper camera that day !! ;; BUT NEVERMIND, look how cute they are! I'm fairly sure they were meant to be different flavours but since we all took about one each ...not too sure what they were haha. Although I'm guessing that green was pandan?

This is a very random photo to go up on my blog since this isn't actually from a restaurant - I don't think!! But we bought this at Pax for $5 (not the cheapest but reasonable at conventions!) And I was surprised at how good this tasted despite it being sold at cons (terrible experiences lol)

Had this for dinner after Manifest Sunday. IT was superrrr delicious except there was WAYYY too much food and I couldn't eat all of it ;A; But mmm I definitely want to go back here to try this again when I'm more hungry hehe.

Andddd this was dinner for Manifest Saturday!! Look at how amazing dis looks. I was so excited when I heard Pepper Lunch opened up in Melb but never got the chance to eat it until ... recently!!! I really like the whole cooking yourself concept and the presentation looks awesome imo. The taste wasn't that great? But I'd be happy to back to try some different things !!!

I wonder if you can tell what type of cuisine Ashley likes by the photos now? I'm definitely not complaining though because it's awesome to be able to try food I'm not used to !! (Seriously how much sushi can Melody eat haha) Oh randomly .. I actually ate this TODAY for lunch/dinner and it was gooood! Although way too much for me ;A:

You should definitely be able to tell what he likes by now looll (this is his meal) .. oh right I should add that he didn't like this because he thought his meat was too raw :P

One of the two times my brother and I went consecutively ..because we had vouchers to use up before they expired looolol ;A; #sofull BUT LOOK HOW CUTE THESE DESSERTS AREEE!!!

I tried to make my buffet plate look pretty since I've noticed it's always full of randomly assorted things that look super weird when I take a picture of looll !

OMG I'VE REACHED TH END BEFORE MIDNIGHT HOW IS THIS POSSSSSIBLE!? But some delicious drinks I had throughout the 4 months! That tea came with the awesome $15 breakfast at Degani ...anddd the third picture of Creamy Soda ... I was the only one who did not get a Milkshake :P just cos I'm not a fan of milkyyy products
