The colour of blood..

Hello hello! I apologise for the lack of posts lately – work has me busy and tired ;~;
Either way, Christmas is coming up!! Aside from working, I’ve also been busying planning all my gifts and getting all my cards ready to send out! Too excited! Have I mentioned that Christmas is my favourite holiday? *_*

I managed to take a few snaps on my day off of these lovely red contacts that mukuChu so graciously sent me!
These lenses definitely remind me of vampires (VD anyone? Delena!!!) and the like ..so I accompanied them with darker make up and  Estee Lauder’s Plumberry lipstick. And ahem, I must apologise for some of these photos. I intended to have the whole evil vampire look going on, but it seems ..I’m not very good at looking evil? Hahahaha

Review: Color Nine Deep Red

Colour: ♥♥♥♥♥ – So incredibly bright that you can even see them in the photos above ! *_*
Design: ♥♥♥♡♡ – Quite normal (nothing special?) but the effect is still striking and amazingggg !
Comfort: ♥♥♥♥♡ – Didn’t wear them for too long but they felt .. completely fine.
Enlargement: ♥♥♥♡♡ – I didn’t take photos of this but as 14.2mm, they’re a normal enlargement size.
Overall: ♥♥♥♥♡ – I actually really like these and would definitely recommend these for any sort of cosplay!!

I think these lenses are amazing – definitely not for an everyday natural look – but it would be exceptional for cosplay or halloween or whatever :’) I think you can agree with me when I say that the colour on these lenses are incredibly bright!

When I was applying my make up for these photos, I wondered if there were any particular characters I could ‘transform’ in to with the help of these red contacts. But alas, my lack of creativity left me with just the dark vampire-esque look.

Will have to find a time to wear these one day! Since, I’m pretty sure I’d scare customers away if I wore these to work aha! Or even friends ..and family if I wore it on a normal basis *^*

What would you transform in to with red eyes?

I was thinking of a crazy Queen of Hearts ..but  that idea didn’t seem right..
